Once you are logged in, to start a meal plan click the Meal Plan tab at the top of the page.
How to Start your Meal Plan
Give your meal plan a name. We already name your plan but if you would like to personalise it you can.
Start Date
We automatically give your meal plan a start date from the day you first create the plan. If you would like to change just click the date and a calender should appear which lets you choose the date you want.
