We have introduced colour coded recipes to make it even easier for you to meal plan. These recipe colours correspond to the same colours as the days.
- Red - Are days you cook from scratch.
- Green - Foundation recipes which use up store cupboard ingredients and work great with any leftovers you may have.
- Blue - Batch cooking recipes, cook once eat twice. These recipes make enough so you can freeze them or make a different meal all together.
The colours are shown in the top right of the recipe photos of the meal planner as seen below.
You can also search recipes by colour. To the right of the recipe search box you will find the colours, if you click on these this will show you only the recipes which correspond to the colours.
